As a current MLS student at CUNY Queens College, I am conducting research on the public’s abilities to interpret the fair use doctrine of United States Copyright Law.
For the purposes of this study, I will be examining how the general public responds to new works of visual art with appropriated elements, and if instances of infringement are recognized.
I hope that you will take a few minutes to fill out this short, fun survey, (just 10 questions!) which should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
